How Permit Leads handles website, subscriber, and public permit information. Effective August 20, 2026.

We may collect information you provide during checkout or support, such as your name, business email, selected ZIP, and trade. Stripe processes payment details; Permit Leads does not store complete card numbers.
Public permit data
The service processes permit records published by municipal sources. These may include project addresses, descriptions, permit identifiers, valuations, and contractor information where publicly provided.

We use information to provide and improve the service, enforce territory exclusivity, deliver digests, process billing, respond to support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We use service providers for payment processing, infrastructure, email delivery, and operational monitoring. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and choices
We retain account and transaction records as needed to operate the service and comply with law. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing [email protected].

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
