Terms, billing, and cancellation
Plain-language terms for using Permit Leads. Effective August 20, 2026.
The service
Permit Leads provides filtered information derived from public permit records. The service is not affiliated with a city government, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee work, customers, revenue, or a minimum number of leads.
Territory exclusivity
While a subscription remains active, Permit Leads will not knowingly activate another Permit Leads subscriber for the same ZIP + trade combination. Exclusivity applies only within Permit Leads; public records remain available to others.
Billing
Subscriptions are offered as one-trade bundles: 1 ZIP for $39/month, 3 ZIPs for $99/month, 5 ZIPs for $149/month, or 10 ZIPs for $249/month. Charges recur through Stripe until cancellation. Taxes may apply.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before the next renewal in the Stripe customer portal to prevent another charge. Access continues through the current paid period. Except where required by law or where Permit Leads agrees otherwise, completed billing periods are not prorated or refunded. Billing concerns should be sent promptly to [email protected].
Acceptable use
You are responsible for verifying permit status and following applicable solicitation, licensing, privacy, telemarketing, and consumer-protection rules. Do not use the service for harassment, deception, unlawful discrimination, or illegal activity.
Availability and liability
Municipal systems can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Permit Leads is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
