About
Permit Leads helps local contractors find relevant public permit activity without competing for a resold territory.
Why we built it
Public permit systems contain valuable project signals, but each city publishes information differently. Searching those systems every day, filtering irrelevant work, and organizing records by permit category and ZIP takes time away from serving customers.
Permit Leads turns that fragmented activity into a focused digest for roofing, HVAC, solar, and remodeling contractors.
Our operating principles
- Use public municipal records and describe their limitations honestly.
- Do not resell the same ZIP + permit feed territory to multiple Permit Leads subscribers.
- Make billing and cancellation terms easy to understand.
- Give customers a direct support channel.
