Minneapolis roof permits

City CCS source · Hennepin parcel source

Minneapolis city residential reroof records come from the municipal CCS permit layer. Hennepin County parcel records provide site ZIPs and fallback owner information. Source rules identify reroof scope, with broader roof/repair matches labeled low confidence; this is separate from model classification in other markets. Owner names may be stale. Explicitly redacted names are not enriched or re-identified. Whether a contractor is already hired is not known, so they are most useful as a project signal, not a confirmed unawarded roofing job. Nightly source checks recheck a rolling 90-day lifecycle window; municipal publication can lag issuance by about two days. Woodbury, Rogers, Blaine, Rosemount, Wayzata, Minnetonka and Edina are not covered.

Freshness

Leads are limited to permits issued within the past 30 days. Every delivery rechecks each permit against its municipal source and excludes unavailable or non-issued records. First appeared records the first generated site snapshot containing that permit; historical dates are not inferred. Chicago publishes an issuance ledger without a current-status field, so its current status is shown as not published. Seattle, Los Angeles and Chicago sources are checked approximately every six hours. Minneapolis roofing is checked nightly. Public site updates are published separately, so the homepage date identifies the published snapshot. Municipal publishing schedules vary. Source outages, delayed municipal publication, format changes, and maintenance can delay a record. A site refresh does not mean every ingested record has completed trade classification.

Important limitations

A permit is a business-development signal—not proof that a project needs a contractor. Some projects already have a contractor of record, may be canceled, or may change after publication. Subscribers should verify status with the issuing city and comply with all solicitation, privacy, and licensing rules.
